These terms apply to this website and to the appointment booking service offered by Aashirwad Hospital, 10 Jain Mandir Road, near Shiv Kalka Mandir, beside Malka Tower, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to them.
This is not a medical emergency service
Our booking assistant is not monitored around the clock and must never be used to report an emergency. If you have severe pain, heavy bleeding, difficulty breathing, or any other urgent symptom, call the hospital on +91 755 253 5857 or go directly to the nearest emergency department.
What this service does
This website provides information about the hospital, our doctors and our services. Our WhatsApp and Telegram assistants let you request and manage an appointment. Nothing on this website or in those conversations is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for consulting a qualified doctor in person.
Booking an appointment
- An appointment is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from us. A request on its own is not a confirmed booking.
- Appointments are subject to doctor availability. We may need to reschedule if a doctor is called to an emergency or is otherwise unavailable; we will tell you as soon as we can and offer an alternative.
- Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time. Consultations may run late when a preceding case takes longer than expected — we appreciate your patience.
- Please book under the name of the person who will actually be seen, so our records stay accurate.
Information you give us
You agree to give accurate details when booking, and to keep your contact number current so we can reach you. You agree not to misuse the service — for example by making repeated fake bookings, blocking slots you do not intend to use, or sending abusive or unlawful content to our staff.
We may decline or cancel a booking that appears fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
Fees and payment
The consultation fee is ₹600. Charges for any procedure or investigation are set by the hospital and are separate from the consultation fee; any such amount will be made clear to you before you are asked to pay.
The consultation fee is paid online, in Indian Rupees (INR), through our payment gateway partner Razorpay. Paying is not required to hold your appointment — booking confirms straight away, and we send you a payment link in the same conversation. Please pay before your consultation. If you have not paid by the time you arrive, the reception desk will help you pay online there.
We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details; these are handled entirely by the payment gateway. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel or reschedule through the same WhatsApp or Telegram conversation you booked from, or by calling the hospital. Where a payment has been made online, refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Privacy
Personal information you share is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Content on this website
The text, photographs, logos and design on this website belong to Aashirwad Hospital or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Photographs of doctors and facilities are published with the consent of those concerned.
Availability of the service
We try to keep the website and booking assistant available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Messaging platforms, internet connectivity and hosting providers are outside our control, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. If the assistant is unavailable, please call the hospital.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the hospital is not liable for loss arising from a delayed, undelivered or duplicated booking message, from an interruption to the website or booking assistant, or from your reliance on general information published on this website. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the medical care we actually provide to you, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
